The job
What we walked into, and what we did.
The problem
A two-storey home one street back from the water, repainted three years earlier, already chalking and peeling on every sea-facing wall.
Our approach
We tested each elevation for salt and exposure, prepped back to sound substrate, and specified a higher-grade salt and UV rated system for the sea-facing walls than the sheltered ones.
The result
A clean, even finish across the whole home, with a ten-year written warranty and a system matched to what each wall actually faces.
Materials
- Salt and UV rated exterior system
- Sea-facing high-grade topcoat
- Full substrate prep and priming
Named in writing
Materials and the honest number.

On site
A closer look.
“Two years on it still looks like the day they left, and the sea-facing walls are the ones I was most worried about.”
